DESCRIPTION:Juno Mission – Unlocking the mysteries of JupiterThe Juno spacecraft was in
 serted into a unique polar orbit around Jupiter in August 2016 and NASA has
  approved an update to Juno's operations until July 2021. Dr Lucyna Chudcze
 r will review the objectives of the mission, its status and highlight its i
 mportant results.\nShe will discuss the most detailed maps of the Jovian cl
 ouds and the radiometric measurements that probe the planetary weather syst
 ems to unprecedented depths. In addition, she will discuss our supporting o
 bservations from the ground telescopes, which allow us to study Jupiter's p
 owerful auroral emissions and their connection with the Galilean moons.\nDr
  Lucyna Kedziora-Chudczercompleted her PhD on the radio variability of Acti
 ve Galactic Nuclei at the University of Sydney in 1999.  In 2019 she accept
 ed position of Program Manager at Astronomy Australia Limited.\n \n
