Rolando will run a workshop on solar photography and processing for all members interested in this subject.

Anyone with a laptop who wishes to join in is welcome, but should preload the following free programmes if they don’t already have them.

1. ASI Studio (from https://www.zwoastro.com/software/ )

2. Autostakkert (from https://www.autostakkert.com/ ) Autostakkert!4 is the latest version

3. IMPPG (from https://greatattractor.github.io/imppg/ ) Version 2.0.0

Rolando will supply some raw images that can be used that evening and describe how to process these using all three programmes. Alternatively, if members have their own images they can use them instead.

Note that Autostakkert is available only for Windows but will run on MacOS computers with an emulation solution.
